A complete physical examination revealed massive splenomegaly with no evidence of peripheral lymphadenopathy
Peripheral blood revealed Hto: 36.2%, WBC 30500/ml, Lymphocytes 72%, Platelets 207000, LDH 446 (460)
He underwent splenectomy and bone marrow aspirate with biopsy with Flow cytometric analysis
