Caso Clínico

A 46 year old woman with right hydronefrosis and an ovarian mass, presents with vaginal bleeding. After a cervical biopsy is taken, a MMR shows an enlarged uterine cervix with involvement of right parametria and right adnexa, and involvement of urinary bladder, rectum, and retoperitoneal lymph nodes.
