Nicole A. Cipriani, MD is an Associate Professor at the University of Chicago, where she is the Medical Director of Gross Pathology and Anatomic Pathology Informatics. Clinically, she is a diagnostic surgical pathologist with a subspecialty focus in Head & Neck, Endocrine, and Bone & Soft Tissue Pathology.

Her academic research interests include neoplasms of the thyroid gland, salivary gland, and squamous cell carcinomas of the head and neck. She is interested in web design and virtual pathology, including whole slide imaging for educational purposes, histopathologic diagnosis, and machine learning.
