Dr. Nose is a surgical pathologist with subspecialty expertise in endocrine pathology. She has served as a consultant for difficult endocrine pathology cases locally, regionally, and internationally. Dr. Nose has published extensively on endocrine pathology, tumor pathology, and also in molecular aspects of neoplasia with over 150 peer-reviewed articles.

Dr. Nose has described the pathological classification of familial thyroid tumors, inherited tumor syndromes, as well as the pituitary pathology synoptic reporting.

She is the author of the CAP endocrine pathology competencies. She had served on the editorial boards of numerous pathology journals and is a past President of the Endocrine Pathology Society.

Dr. Nose authored a comprehensive textbook in endocrine pathology titled “Diagnostic Pathology: Endocrine.”
